I got there in time to finish off the council submission drawings and take them to council. Going through heritage with this house was not the easiest . As it was older than 60 years and officials wanted to go on site visits. This was all happening when HWC decided to changed the over-the-counter help as they did before to handing over your plans and them contacting you. Which takes much longer. description of work: alterations and additions -playroom incorporated into the space as the clients were expecting their first child. Façade modernised slightly to make space for an open pergola/patio area. This house has a beautiful garden and we left as much of it intact as possible. the following drawings fall in the 80%+ category - plans - tiling layout - elevations - kitchen window detail - door schedules - lighting/electrical layout - window schedules

In this specific part of Rondebosch the houses come straight up to the street. There are no pavements/sidewalks.
