Grand Rapids, Michigan USA since we were established in 1956.

11. Relationship Based Network
Global Conference
This is the largest event in the NPAworldwide meeting calendar. Several
hundred recruiters gather for educational sessions, Trading Group breakouts,
industry speakers, networking, and more. The conference consists of
NPAworldwide’s Annual Meeting, where owners gather to elect officers and
directors, vote on policy changes, and conduct other official business, and our
Production Meeting, designed for desk-level recruiters of all levels.
Regional Networking Meeting
Occurs 2 to 4 times annually in different regions. The event is designed to help
both importers and exporters network

12. Definition of Splitting

1. The trading partner with the position (Importer) receives
the fee from their client, and pays the trading partner who
provided the candidate (exporter) 45.7% and pays the
network 5% brokerage. Essentially each partner is giving
up 2.5% of the fee to the network.

15. Job Board
When posting positions to Splitzone, you may also choose to post to our
Job Board. These positions are then sent out through internet aggregate
companies and candidates can apply directly to the position. This is not a
split placement, you keep 88%, and submit 12% brokerage to
NPAworldwide. There is no additional cost to use the Job Board.

21. Application Process
Sarah Gawrys, the NPAworldwide Membership Director, must qualify your
firm for membership and extend an application for membership to you.
Once completed, a two week due diligence process takes place, that
includes; Announcement to the membership, reference recommendations,
and final approval by the NPAworldwide Board of Directors.
