Presentation Overview
ITIL®
provides a framework of service management best practices guidance including
IT processes and the service lifecycle. This presentation will describe and discuss the
service lifecycle structure and show both the strengths of ITIL®
and how virtually all
other frameworks and specialized roles such as PMs, BAs, architects and developers
play key roles within the service lifecycle.
Speaker’s Biography
Dwight Kayto (ITIL®
Expert, PMP and ITSM Fellow) has extensive experience in ITIL®
and IT Service Management, successfully completing more than 50 projects. He is
well known on the national and international stage for his accomplishments, expertise
and regular reviews. Dwight is also an accredited ITIL®
trainer having taught every
course in ITIL®
V2 and V3.
