Project: CITI Global Information Warehouse

Project Profile:
I am working with Polaris as Technical Lead for client Citi on Global information warehouse project..
Global information warehouse is a support project where we need to support different application related to SEPA
and BAU for Citibank.
Roles and Responsibilities:
For Citibank we have run some EOD and intraday transaction for different branches of the Citibank will all the location
where Citibank have the business, So that the data can be uploaded in the Warehouse and different Marts.
Our work also includes interacting with different application like, liquidities, securities, Trade to understanding their
development changes and implementing the same in the UAT environment.
We require executing workflow, monitoring session, scheduling of workflows, changing source transformation, target
transformation and debugging of any issues.
My responsibilities also include preparing the shift calendar for the team and making sure all the SLA for the task
assigned to individuals are met.
Project: CISCO
Duration: More than 3 Year from Feb 2010 to June 2013

Project Profile:
SmartCare Service application is a service agreement for the customer with CISCO for the products service support.
Services for the customer will be available by the Partner (who gives services of CISCO product to customer).Cisco
Smart Care Service is a collaborative partner-led, partner-sold, and partner-supported service program. Partners and
their customers benefit from Cisco product knowledge and intellectual property.
And make use of the Zensar proprietary tools and techniques like
Roles and Responsibilities:
I had worked on all the high priority issues which have direct impact on the application users and which is revenue
impacting, which needs to be fixed as soon as they are reported.
I had done production support and address the performance related issues (by fixing the code, re-design/ query
tuning) which requires daily interaction with business/client users.
Also we used to interact with the application owners and the business/client users who are responsible for the
application to gather the requirements and determine the functional changes to be done. I were also required to
understand their point of view and suggest ways of implementing it. Analyze the pros and cons of implementing them
and finalize the requirements in the form of ‘Project Requirements Document’ and get the business approval.
After the business approval write the technical specifications for the developers.
Project: British Telecom
Duration: 2 Year from March 2008 to Feb 2010

Project Profile:
Network Engineer and Maintenance aims at improving service availability and resiliency with real-time service
management for data centers, network operations centers and IT domains This involves development of applications
that assists Network Engineer to view and take necessary actions on the faults that are raised on the Network. The
application is built using IBM Tools and Technologies. The application resides on oracle database that have very

3. large database of alarms used for reporting purposes.
Role: CIT Lead and Functional Support (Single point of Contact) - Need to interact with the cross functional
team for the functional support of the application and use to work on the enhancement of bugs reported in
the application, which mainly include modifying the packages , procedures, function, tuning the queries.
Project – AT&T
Duration: 2Year from March 2006 to Feb 2008
Technologies – SQL,PL/SQL (oracle 9i,10g)
Project Profile:
A Web Ordering tool enabled AT&T Customers, to order different products and services online. The application is
developed in PL/SQL as backend and UNIX environment.
Role: Developer and support and Defect Management.- which include getting the requirement and developing
the application according to the use cases, doing the unit testing. We also used to work on small
enhancement request as part of the CR..
