Is DFLAT a good Business? Do not mind a  small sector   the smaller, less competitors you will have Before starting,  test the product   ! use magazines and hire adds, the feedback will tell you how good is the idea Better products  between 50 and 300  USD  easier to sell Try to sell . Information . Products . Services  avoid services , they will tie you to the office!  Avoid “cost per hour model” it is not a replicable model Before starting, assure your product is  easy to explain if the FAQ´s list is too complex or long, you will encounter problems How many customers  do you need?  … if you need many, rebuild your work flow … many customers might bottleneck you

Lets Show that Satur is a normal person, not a leader, not a guru My case. “I am the oldest of all of you, (low energy levels), with one “C” & normal studies (not a high flyer)… …but I did !, … and you can also!” I was motivated, but scared, why did I started? More reasons? Lets introduce next slide, with the reasons of a normal person to start DFLAT Why did I started DFLAT !
  4. Lets show the Satur work history My CV 1 m&a, 600 out! …Ops. I am also ! 1 m&a, 50 out!... This time, I am in, ufff! 1 bankrumpcy, … I left months before! 1 fired ! … f…k !. 1 bad boss… I left !. 1 ruin proyect…I left !. 1 start up!... They are lost !. Conclusion: I had many changes, and I dediced that … I have to control my live ! This ends at the age of 31 with a UK salary of 60.000 Pounds At the age of 31st (I cannot replicate the graph, but I can explain it) ... I talk here that I have being in 8 comapnyes and suffered many displeasant inconveniences, … I talk here that at 32 I refused a good salary inthe UK for being free and the propietor of my own destiny … so I decided to meditate at 33 and to start-up at 34
