3. Who is SatyaNarayana Swamy Gurram?
• Satyanarayana is a bright youth leader who is passionate to
serve the nation .He worked as a software engineer for more
than 7 years. He got inspired by Narendra Modi and decided
to contribute to policy making. He joined Sri Sri University to
pursue Masters in Good Governance and Public Policy.
• He has led many service camps and activities mainly in the
area of skills development of young people and help them to
get jobs. He has been with Volunteer for Better India (VBI)
and brought much needed awareness about voting as a
political rights. Sathya is spiritually inclined and regularly
practices yoga. As an ethical leader and a creative young mind
who combines ancient values and modern human
requirements of life he has got a brilliant vision to develop
India to the country of the 21st century,
• Also initiated many social service activities and
motivated around 20,000 + people through his
facebook groups and pages and has helped many
people to get jobs in IT Field.

5. Aim of contesting the Elections as a
Student President?
I am not here to become a leader , but I am here to make next generation
leaders by the better utilization of skills of the people, resources of the
organization, Suggestions from the experts to create a Better Tomorrow,
which starts from our Sri Sri University campus
I want to channelize the youth power that is available with in the campus
and the enormous knowledge that is available with the students to provide
good leaders for tomorrows world
As a Visionary Leader I would like to see a better world by being in the
present .

Education
1) Better Services to student’s learning by providing High Speed Internet, which most of we have a problem today (Atleast
7 MBPS) and make sure there would be less or no WiFi Connectivity issues
2) Conduct Study Hours under seniors guidance and more reference vedios and materials(Mostly Practical oriented
learning)
3) Provide Scholarships to eligible students who are not able to pay their fee who have a genuine reason.
Career Growth
1) As all of we are here to reach good position in our career , I would like to give utmost importance to it by providing
importance on aspects which can peruse good knowledge as well as good salaried jobs.
2) My Target to make the brand of the University equal to any other B Schools and make the Highest Paid Salaried job as
10 lakh Per Annum this year as a fresher.
Facilities
1) Better Facilities for Laundry (Only Washing ,Only Press or Both ), will try to involve Public PrivatePatnership inorder to
provide quick delivery of clothes
2) Hand-Wash Facility at Dinning Hall to take care of health .
3) Provide Umbrellas to students on loan basis (With out money, by having advertisements on umbrellas with sponsors
help) as many students are complaining that they lost their umbrella.
4) Will try to provide a vehicle to move at least to the outside of the campus
5) Will provide Bicycles to roam with in the campus For Free and Provide some bicycles on Rent .We have already some
bicycles which are not used in the campus,we can repair them to use it for this purpose.

9. Reachability
1)Provide a Whats APP number as Help Line and most of the complaints will be addressed in a week
2)Conduct Jana Sabhas , Twitter and Facebook sabhas to interact with the students more often
3)Provide an online Complaint Box and Weekly Help Desk Facility, Physical Complaint Boxes at major places like Kitchen
4)Provide a Student Counseling Wing with Experts from various domains to solve their personal or career related issues.
Entertainment
1)Conduct SATWA Evenings with Live Musics and Live singing performances from our singers along with tasty Satwik food.so
that we can have enjoyment as well as spirituality .
2)Conduct Entertainment Evenings ,Talent Nights and announce gifts for the nice performances and game winners with the
help of sponsors.
3)Conducting Short Film Competitions and other creative competitions to encourage and showcase student talents and publish
on bigger media
4)Conduct Flash Mobs at colleges and Malls to spread messages for the BetterMent of People Lifestyle and for a Better World.
5)Provide an Online Campus Radio Facility for SSU
6)Will ask Management to provide Optional Holiday Facility to students to celebrate their Festival(For ex:: some regional
festivals was not a holiday, which majority people in the campus have as traditional festival )

1)Train students to enhance their skills like Photoshop, web designing, Digital Marketing and bring some earning opportunities online(Earn While you Learn).
2)Excel the passion of students by conducting Idea Hatts and connect them with Venture Capitalist’s to make them as Entrepreneurs .Many big industrialists like Tata
Group’s are ready to fund the Young and Aspiring Enterprenuers. So,we can connect them to make your Start Up Ready while you leave the campus.
3)Identify projects which are Rural Friendly and Eco-Friendly and encourage them to train on them
4)Promote entrepreneurs who can set up ventures like Goshala ,Organic Farming , Waste Management which value to the society as well as to
career
5)Main aim is to atleast make 2 startups to be ready by this year which can have a turnover of atleast 5 lakhs per Annum
6)There is a lot of scope for people who can teach online, so we provide those facilities to earn while you learn. As well as we make vedio
tutorials with Bright Students along with spiritual values to make the Education Better and spread it to wider world. In this way you can earn
while you are learning
7) Providing Training and setting up small scale industries with in the campus by using the Kitchen Waste and cow waste to produce useful
things like Phenyl,Manure ,Shampoos ,Panchagavya with the help of SriSriAgriSchool.
Health is Wealth
1)#Give It Up:: As most of we do sadana regularly , we have more immunity power than others who don’t the sadana. But Guruji always stress's
upon #GiveUp Sugar,which kills our immunity power .So I make sure that our Kitchen to use very less sugar or replace it with Organic Jaggery.
2)Adapt a Tulasi :: I want every one to plant and adapt a Tulasi Herb ,which in our olden days are treated as Mother, because it increases our
Immunity power and also purifies the air.
3)GoSeva:: Our elders treat Desi Cows as GoMaata’s ,but not they are being neglected. As a spiritual person and followers of Sri Sri, we should
start protecting it and know the importance of Worshipping a cow and doing its Seva,can cure many harmful diseases including cancer.So we
will find nearest Goshala and provide you facility to reach there and already we are working to establish our own Goshala at our campus itself

11. Making you as Future Leaders
1)As I already mentioned that I am here only to do Seva , I have only a dream of
making Next Generation Leaders with the values that I learnt in Art of Living . Also I
would like to make practice some other good habits that are part of our Bharatiya
samskriti, to make you as next generation leaders who thinks of Planet than Profit.

12. SUCCESS for the University
• My intention is to make Next Generation Leaders ,by motivating and involving
them in various activities besides academics especially in the area of
Environment Protection, then they definitely add value to the society ,hence the
name of the University and brand can be doubled .
• As I focus on Reducing /Reusing /Recycling the Resources like Water ,Electricity,
Plastic ,we can save lot of Money. My opinion is a Rupee Saved is a Rupee
Earned ,which we can use it for some other good causes.
• As I have already worked in IT Industry for 7+ years,I am capable of using the
Information Technology and provide IT solutions at very less cost. We can use the
QRCode which is an Android Application ,for Attendance Tracking services, for
which we need not spend more than 1 rupee per student.

13. • I also have good connections with Various leaders and Politicians, CSR Heads of
the corporates, Philontraphists, I can take an initiative of meeting to the leaders
and promote the University to get some donations for the university to take
some social initiations.
• I can reduce the Number of Banners printed on the Flexis during the various
events and college festivals and save money as well as protect the climate.
