Die erfolgreiche Exzenter-Membranpumpen Serie 600 von Schwarzer.com wurde modifiziert: durch ein revolutionäres Membran- und Ventildesign wurde der freie Luftdurchsatz ohne Erhöhung der Motordrehzahl verdoppelt. Die hohe Literleistung bei geringer Baugröße prädestinieren die Exzenter-Membranpumpen der Serie 600 für die stationäre Gasanalyse. Die Motoren sind standardmäßig mit zwei Präzisions-Kugellagern ausgestattet. Um besonders hohe Lebensdauern zu erreichen, können alternativ bürstenlose Motoren verwendet werden. Die Membranpumpen der EC-Serie 600 liefern ein Fördervolumen von ca. 3 bis 13 l/min bei einem Druck bis ca. 1,9 bar. Sie empfehlen sich als Kompressoren oder Vakuumpumpen in der anspruchsvollen Analyseanwendung bis hin zur kostensensitiven Großserienfertigung. Dank ihres modularen Aufbaus (Baukastenprinzip) können alle Pumpen auf individuelle Kundenanforderungen ohne entwicklungsbedingte Mehrkosten angepasst werden. Für die unterschiedlichsten Anwendungen sind die Pumpen der Serie 600 erhältlich als: LC-Typen ("low cost"): besonders preisgünstige Typen für intermittierende Anwendungen, BL-Typen ("brushless"): hochwertige Antriebe für den Dauereinsatz, DU-Typen ("dual head"): zwei identische Pumpenköpfe, die mit dem gleichen Wellenende des Motors angetrieben werden (Boxer-Prinzip), TH-Typen ("twin head"): zwei identische Pumpenköpfe, die parallel oder seriell betrieben werden können, DH-Typen ("double head"): zwei unterschiedlich große Pumpenköpfe zur parallelen Förderung verschiedener Medien, DV-Typen: mit druckoptimierten Pumpenköpfen, VD-Typen: mit vakuum-optimierten Pumpenköpfen. Diese Exzenter-Membranpumpen wurden - bei minimale Baugröße und geringem Stromverbrauch - speziell zur Förderung von Volumen bis 2.6 l/min entwickelt. Sie sind als Kompressor oder Vakuumpumpe z. B. in der anspruchsvollen Analyseanwendung einsetzbar. Denn der Einsatz unterschiedlicher Motoren (Glockenanker oder Eisenkern) führt zu einer enormen Einsatzbreite. Spezifische Werkstoffe werden auch problematischen Gasen gerecht. Die Schwarzer Precision GmbH + Co.
