My experience in the printing industry spans more than two decades. At least half of that
time is as a supervisor / manager. As part of my duties I must maintain and operate all
equipment, train personnel, as well as hire / fire employees. Day to day operation of the
shop such as purchasing raw materials, equipment and supplies, shipping / receiving,
inventory control, production scheduling, quality control, coordination of all departments,
and development of operation budgets. I have experience with payroll, inventory and
other general accounting functions. I strive to ensure all jobs meet or beat quality
standards and deadlines as well as cost cutting within the department. While with the
Department of Corrections my responsibility was to train / manage / supervise inmates in
the production of all Department of Licensing TABS (which included 7.5 million vehicle
TABS, 650k boat TABS and all other miscellaneous TABS). This includes shipping to
all Department of Licenses throughout the State of Washington. Had training in Lean
principles. I am fluent in computers and software. I completed taking MCSA/MCSE
courses at Strategy Computers.
