2. Executive Summary
The name of my business is simply Business Solutions. The name states my main purpose for
a business and that is to help entrepreneurs with startup information and help existing
businesses find solutions and fresh ideas on how to manage their business better.
It is located San Antonio, TX. San Antonio is growing rapidly and also attracting a large
number of entrepreneurs. According to an article in Forbes magazine, 90% of startups fail. I
decided to make a difference in the business world with startups by answering the question,
why startups fail.
Some of the reasons include, entrepreneurs becoming so focused on their product or service
they lose perspective on the big picture, finding a problem to solve, running out of cash,
inventing concepts not complete products or services, not building a strong enough team, and
not setting up a proper strategy or game plan for the present and the future. Lets start with a
sound Business Plan and fresh marketing ideas!

dream. It is also important to note that as the business grows and technology changes,
the mission and vision statement will also change as needed.

Business Solutions is a veteran owned company that has been in existence part
time for over ten years assisting clients with basic startup information, while

In conclusion, deciding to start a business is a huge undertaking and is not for
the weak at heart. Entrepreneurs have to ensure they do not rely on their
passion for their service or product alone to become a successful business. It is
imperative to do the research and spend the time and money on the startup to
provide the businesses with a solid foundation and also ensure the best chance
for success.
