• Hiring candidates across levels from Junior, Mid, Senior level resources in various technologies
• Sourcing Profiles through Networking, Employee references, Job Portals
• Interacting with Hiring Managers, Business Unit Heads for requirement clarity, resource requirement strategy, &
deciding the timeline on the same.
• Account Manager for Altimetrik by liaising with Managers at client location.
• Screening the profiles, short listing and selecting the candidates in the preliminary rounds.
• Coordinate end to end interviews, gather and assess feedback from the tech panel and Managers.
• Briefing the candidates about the job profile, package, organization, etc
• Coordinate on-boarding formalities of the employees at the client location
• Maintain data of employee skills set and identify suitable employees to fit the client’s technical requirements
• End to end coordination of Weekend Recruitment Drives.
• Responsible for overall health of Business operations of the account.
• Was involved in part time recruitment and coordination for candidates from remote locations.
• Prepare reports based on the end results of the Weekend Drives. Reports cover the availability of candidates,
candidate profile, which includes Experience, CTC, ETC, previous employment and other relevant information.
• Create billing report that generates revenue to our company.
• Provide Admin Support as needed.
• Single handedly coordinated the set up a new office in Chennai.
• Provided interim Admin and IT support for 2 months during the initial set up of Chennai office.
