Welcome To Central Park!

We are pleased that you are considering becoming a part of this dynamic community, the likes of
which Whitehorse has not seen before. There are many details that have been considered in the design
of this community, which combined will make this an extremely coveted address.

We had a vision of creating a community in a forest, where one could look out from each home into
green space. To do this we created an innovative L.I.D. (Low Impact Development) site plan, that has
kept the density low in order to retain a significant amount of green space in our park like setting.
In addition, we have been successful in retaining vegetation along the rear of the homes, the result
is that every home will face green space, most in both the front and the back. All units have their
own backyards, which have great potential for interesting landscaping and decks and with our large
contemporary privacy fences they will have an intimate and private feel.

An open concept floor plan with large, triple paned windows will create strong connections to the
outside with its abundant green spaces and stunning landscaping, making you feel that you are a
part of the surrounding forest. These homes only use the highest quality materials both in the interior

Inspired by the existing neighbourhood of Takhini north and with the input of the people
of Whitehorse, we have designed a modern take on the traditional Takhini House, with the
same bright colours, use of natural materials and well positioned road frontage that makes
Takhini great! Our exteriors, like our interiors, are built using only quality materials. You’ll
never find vinyl on our homes. However, you will find natural wood, stone, hardie board
