3. ALL PURPOSE TENT & SHELTER FLOORING
The all-purpose tent and shelter flooring system with all-around superior performance
EventDeck® (ED) is Signature Flooring’s all-purpose tent and shelter flooring system. It has been
used in thousands of tents and shelters in military and emergency management applications all
over the world.
EventDeck’s system is designed to provide a rigid, dry,
and comfortable support base for cots, tables, chairs,
and other equipment. It is ideal over level grass, concrete, asphalt, gravel, and dirt surfaces, and will contour
to sub-surfaces to prevent “see-sawing.” EventDeck will
not warp, rot, crack or fade, and is an ideal substitute to
EventDeck 1
tarps and lay-down plywood floors.
Choose EventDeck 2 (ED2) with the smooth top for most
shelter applications. ED2 can be used as a stand-alone

base for cleaning vehicles and equipment - its top drainage holes allow dirty water to flow underneath the tiles.
EventDeck modules are 4” (W) x 12” (L) x .75” and ship in pre-assembled panels of 3’ x 4’ for quicker
deployment. Tiles connect on all sides using Signature’s easy-to-use connection system. This interlocking design allows for rapid installation and removal with minimal labor and requires no
tools, fasteners, specialized training or electricity. A 20ft x 20ft tent or shelter floor can be installed
in 30 minutes with 2 people. Modules are made of rugged and durable material and have hidden
channels underneath to allow water running down tent sidewalls to flow underneath the floor. An
integrated cable channel is included underneath each module for running wires and power cords
to center poles, and other in-tent areas. EventDeck is waterproof and UV-resistant and will hold
up in nearly any climate.

4. MEDIUM-DUTY TENT & SHELTER FLOORING
Medium-duty portable flooring suitable for large-scale tents and shelter flooring applications. Ideal
where a more rigid, rugged and level floor is required.
UltraDeck (EDU) is Signature’s mid-range tent flooring system,
ideal for nearly any tent and shelter flooring application. It provides
a rigid and uniform feel underfoot that is suitable for shelters that
require a rigid, yet comfortable floor, especially large-scale tents
and shelters – such as TOC, dining hall, classroom, recreation
center, exchange and maintenance applications.
UltraDeck 1
Unlike other modular plastic floors, UltraDeck can be laid straight
down on most ground surfaces, leveled with plywood stringers and
shims, or raised on multiple layers of stringers as required.
The UltraDeck system is suitable for more rugged environments,
where greater heights and more rigidity are required. UltraDeck
sections can handle a wide range of uneven ground surfaces since

modules are a beefy 1’(W) x 2’(L) x 1-1/8” (H) and ships in preassembled panel sizes of 3’x4’ for rapid deployment and removal.
EDU’s size and thickness provide increased insulation against harsh weather - especially beneficial for
billeting shelters.
Ribbed reinforcements provide tremendous strength and weight loading capabilities and larger cable
channels allow heavy gauge power cables to be run underneath the floor with multiple access points for use
in TOCs, command posts and forward operating bases.
UltraDeck is ideal for large tent and shelter applications that require a heavier payload - including communal
dining halls, equipment storage and vehicle maintenance bays. It provides a neat appearance, which often
doesn’t need to be covered with carpet.
When placed on level ground or on plywood stringers, UltraDeck can support the weight of scissor lifts,
forklifts with pneumatic tires, and light trucks. This makes UltraDeck ideal for large shelters where
equipment is required such as kitchens, communications, medical, storage and equipment shelters.
EDU is made of a high-quality, rugged and durable material that will not warp, get waterlogged, or rot.
UltraDeck’s snap connection system eliminates tools and is man-portable and quick to assemble. A 20ft
x 20ft floor can be assembled in 20 minutes with 2 people. Panels stack flat for efficient storage and quick
transport to the next deployment.

ArmorDeck’s unique integrated connection system is
self-aligning and offers a simple-connect option designed for lightweight applications - simply snap connect

equipment up to 80 tons.
DuraDeck® (DD) is Signature’s heaviest duty tent flooring and roadway system. It consists of standard 4ft x 8ft
sheets (other sizes available) made of super-strong,
high-density polyethylene sheets that are virtually indestructible, yet lightweight and safe to handle.
DuraDeck can be connected to each other to form a uni-

form shelter floor or portable roadway, access mat or
working platform. Because of DuraDeck’s unique con-
struction and specialized plastic formulation it can be used for a variety of heavy weight applications including quick erect/strike portable roadways, outdoor walkways, and sturdy and slipresistant working platforms in nearly any climate and over virtually any type of terrain or ground
condition. DuraDeck mats are designed to support up to 80-ton vehicle weights and will stay rigid
enough for ground protection yet flexible enough to prevent breakage or brittleness.
Deployment is man-portable, does not require tools and is safe to handle. Mats can be locked in
place using connector links to form a continuous, solid roadway or working platform. Each 4ft x
8ft mat can support up to 80 tons over most surfaces and has a unique traction surface molded
directly into the panel.

SignaTac II is a unique and superior solution to control dust and stabilize soil. It is designed to be used
as a ground preparation for building roads and work sites on sandy, soft or unstable ground conditions.
Quick and simple to deploy (using any mechanism that sprays water), SignaTac II will create a tough,
clear plastic resin bond. Applied lightly, SignaTac II will control dust; applied more heavily, it will control
ground erosion with a water-tight coating. SignaTac II lasts up up to 12-24 months. It is in use all over
the world and is safe to use in any environment.
