I am very happy with my overall performance rating. I feel that this is the result of learning from my previous work terms. I have been steadily
gaining experience since my first work term and it was thanks to this experience that I was able to produce outstanding results. At the same
time, I understand that I still need to improve my oral communication skills. My supervisor suggested to focus on controlling my non-verbal
gestures as well as adapting to the audience I am communicating with. I plan on improving upon these areas at my future workplace.
Supervisor's Recommendations - Please provide your recommendations for the student's personal and/or professional development
(optional).
Sikandar has improved his oral communication skills throughout his work term and should continue to focus on messaging when presenting and
speaking (e.g. ensuring his phrasing/explanation techniques match the audience he is speaking to).
It has been a pleasure working with Sikandar and we are confident he will be successful in his chosen career!

Student's Comments - Please comment on your overall performance including your ability to achieve learning objectives and your future employment expectations. I am very happy with my overall performance rating. I feel that this is the result of learning from my previous work terms. I have been steadily gaining experience since my first work term and it was thanks to this experience that I was able to produce outstanding results. At the same time, I understand that I still need to improve my oral communication skills. My supervisor suggested to focus on controlling my non-verbal gestures as well as adapting to the audience I am communicating with. I plan on improving upon these areas at my future workplace. Supervisor's Recommendations - Please provide your recommendations for the student's personal and/or professional development (optional). Sikandar has improved his oral communication skills throughout his work term and should continue to focus on messaging when presenting and speaking (e.g. ensuring his phrasing/explanation techniques match the audience he is speaking to). It has been a pleasure working with Sikandar and we are confident he will be successful in his chosen career!
