sustainable pumping. The key factors in any design are the primary energy source to be
employed which should be low or non carbon and the scale of any pumping that can be
achieved. It is important to understand that any sustainable pumping station design is not
expected to replace the need for conventional grid or local diesel driven pumping capability.
This design of pump is intended to offset the regular base load pumping of a station.
