2. Summary
Education Industry is multi-billion growing industry.
There is a certain gap between efficiency of instructor-led trainings and
affordability of e-learning formats.
Vislinsky on-line simulator (VOS) is a training instrument that combines
high efficiency together with affordability and large-scale participation.
VOS has been created for training mental habits and communicational
skills for quite different spheres.
In each sphere there are recognized experts – businessmen, trainers,
language teachers, writers, humorists, politicians, actors, psychologists,
etc. They are our potential partners with their extensive client bases.
VOS has a form of a role-communication game, which makes training
process effective, easy and exciting.
VOS was developed and successfully tested in Ukraine in 2011-2014.
There is a potential demand in more effective formats of e-learning

Expert – low, but precise involvement
Step 1
Explaining /showing the skill
Step 3
Test manifestation of the skill
Step 2
Students interact with
each other, discuss,
perform and thus
simulate practical
usage of the skills on
VOS during 3 weeks.
Efficiency Cost Participation
E-learning Lower Lower Large-scale
Off-line training Higher Higher Small groups
VOS Higher Lower Many small groups
VOS is the point where effective training format meets affordable e-learning
