This document is a transcript of a speech given by an ALS patient who has lost their ability to speak clearly. The speech focuses on providing tips for powerful communication and living an engaged life. Some of the key tips include thinking before speaking, being on time, avoiding gossip, finding time for solitude, having a plan, treating yourself well, and using your voice to positively impact others. The overall message is about making the most of your time and voice by fully engaging in life and helping to empower those around you.
