Achievements in Essargee Mills ; a ] Reduced the labour strength from 420 to 310 and saved
the wages by Rs.8 lacs/month and in power Rs.3lacs/month as a total of Rs.11 lacs/month
b ] Improved the O.E efficiency from 76% to 93% and work loadfrom one side to two sides.
C ] Found the reason for the kitties in the yarn which came here and there in the yarn and
entirely solved the problem.
Elljay Textiles; a ] Mixing was laid as bunches and tumbling not done. Mixing laid in loose form
and tumbling practiced and followed.
B] B/R Lap c.v controlled from 3.5 to 1 .2.
C ] Absence of Carding Dust extraction system, double lap stop motion, sliver break stop motion
are re- installed and there by improved the quality.
D ] R/F production increased from 2600 kgs to 3200 kgs.for 19 ½ hrs.
E ] C.W efficiency Improved by proper control in spinning.
F ] Improved the work methods and work practice by continuous follow up in both units.

Joined as a Factory Manager. Promoted to General Manager on 06.02.2014
Achievements
a] While joining 45R/F only worked in N/s out of 75 R/F.Gradually all the Ring Frames Started.
B ] First phase additional load of 200 kva obtained in 2011.
C ] 2nd phase additional load of 400 kva obtained in 2012.
D] As two shifts only worked from 2006 onwards .After extensive and continuous effort ,3 shits
started from April 1st.2013 onwards and increased the production.
E ] Due to continuous and sincere effort ‘DEDICATED FEEDER ‘ status got in JULY 2013 ,with
the available 1800 KVA as against the TANGEDCO’S required KVA of 4600. .The factory
running with out POWER INTERRUPTION and there is no question of production loss by way of
power.
F ] Looking after Factory and administration like dealing with Trade Union, D.C.I.F, T.N.E.B,
P.F and authorised to sign on behalf of Management including Bank.
G ] 15 orissa workers recruited in 2010 september gradually increased to 200 workers.
H ] While starting 3rd shift, due to Hands shortage married ladies were recruited in Day shift
only, Orissa and hostel girls are engaged in 2nd and 3rd shift only.
I ] Useable wastes like Sliver and Pneumafil which sold out side, are started to re use which
improved the Yarn Realisation and reduced the CLEAN COTTON COST.
J ] Auto leveler failure in cards and draw frames were corrected.
K ] Improved the work methods and work practice by continuous follow up

b ] Out of 2 fresh air fan and two +ve exhausters which controlled the R.H in Both O.E and
PREPERATORY area which is not necessary for Preparatory and stopped each one fan,thereby
50% HUMIDIFICATION Plant power cost was reduced.
C ] Raw material purchase changed from party to mills and there by maintained the clean
cotton cost. Put own willow machine to process the unwillowed .
D ] Reduced the permanent worker strength from 63 to 23 and introduced the Hostel System
for Girls .
E ] value addition of Hank yarn process started to increase the sales realization to widen the
sales area and to avoid the finished goods stock.
