Stefania Conti-Vecchi gave two seminars at IMEX America 2012 about audience-generated content and web tools for virtual and hybrid meetings. She discussed how audience-generated content is growing in events as attendees create more event-related content. She also presented several online collaboration and project management tools that can be used to facilitate audience-generated content, including PiratePad, EditGrid, Twiddla, Podio, and Yammer.
