2. • Hello! Ready to get started? Ok. Here is how this will work. I will post slides with information ever
couple of minutes. The slides will be numbered so you can easily follow or come back later and
catch up.
• DISCLAIMER: Yep, I gotta say it so, here it goes! Although I have done a lot of personal research, I
am not an essential oil expert. I am just a person looking to ditch the toxins and chemicals and live a
healthier life. I am not a medical professional and the information shared in this class is not
intended to treat, cure, or diagnose any illness, nor is it meant to replace professional medical
attention or advice. Advice and testimonies are all based on use of Young Living brand of oils
specifically. Use and application of this information is done solely at your own risk.
• Please keep in mind that it takes time for oils to take effect and each person’s body is different and
will respond differently. I recommend sticking to a routine for a couple weeks to determine if the
oils are working or not. Essential oils support the body’s natural healing process which does take
time, patience and adjustments. Also remember that essential oils are just one way to support the
body, not the only way. Other things to consider are diet, supplements, and other therapies.
• You know yourself or your family best so take what you like and leave the rest.

3. • So you have joined Young Living and you are now
a member. Congrats! Welcome to the oily world!
• As a Wholesale member you can access to
Essential Rewards. (Lucky devil, you!) It’s one of
my favourite things – Christmas every month!
• Whether you are on Essential Rewards yet or not,
it can seem a little bit confusing. So let’s break it
down.

5. • Essential Rewards is free to sign up and there
are NO cancellation fees!!
• You can cancel at any time.
• You do not sign a contract to sign up for ER.
• To receive your FREE product points you must
be on ER for 2 months before you can cash
them in.
• There is a 50PV (~$55 CDN) minimum monthly
order required to be on ER.

Unfortunately, no. This is a program reserved for
Wholesale members. Just another awesome
reason to become a member!
• It is easy to switch your membership over! Call
Young Living customer service, or speak to your
enroller and they will get you all taken care of.

using the membership benefits such as 24%
discount off of retail and Essential Rewards!

14. How do I get started with Essential Rewards?
• It is easy! You can call Young Living and they will help you set it up or you can:
1. Log into your Virtual Office https://www.youngliving.com/vo/
2. Go to the Essential Rewards Tab
3. Choose your products (min of 50 PV)
4. Choose your processing day
5. Confirm your address for shipping and payment method
6. Make sure your order SAVES!!
• ** If you do not change your order each month you will receive the same products!!!
• You have until 11:59 PM on your order date to change your order.
Orders are usually delivered in 5-7 days.
** If an order goes out of stock it will likely get pulled out of your cart so make sure you are
watching your cart so your PV does not drop below 50 PV or you can use the PV Assistant found in
the ER section to add product that you would like the assistant to add to your order if something
goes out of stock and gets pulled out of your cart!
This is great for business builders so you make sure you place your minimum order to ensure you
receive your commission! (There’s a way to make commissions? Come ON! – ask your sponsor )

15. How do I use my points??
• In the Virtual Office there is a big box that says ER points. The box next to it lets us
know if there are any points that are going to expire. The points are good for 1
year.
• In the ER section in your office there is a bottom section that says How to Use your
ER points and shop now. Click on that and choose what you would like to order.
The entire order must be equal or less than the PV that you have available. You
can't use your points and pay the difference in credit.
– Ex. if you only have 20 PV and wish to use your points your whole order must be 20 PV or less.
The product is free using your points and you pay the shipping with whatever method of
payment you have on file (or choose a different method).
• You can use your ER points on an ER order. It must be a Quick Order (you can still
earn the monthly promos with a Quick Order).
– You will be given the option at payment to use your ER points
– Not all products can be paid for using ER points – the payment option will tell you what can be
• I use my ER points to get free products from the US. I only have the pay the
shipping!
• Enjoy using your ER points! I'm saving up for some special oily gifts!

16. Can I order another Premium Starter Kit using ER?
• YES! Do it!
Do I have to order the same thing every month?
• Absolutely not! Try different things or replace
your household products.
Do I have to order the Essential Rewards Kits?
• Nope, but they are another great way to save
money, just like the Premium Starter Kit!
