The Women’s Center of Jacksonville Rape Recovery Team serves survivors of sexual
abuse and their loved ones ages 12 and older regardless of gender. Services are offered
for reporting and non-reporting survivors regardless of where they are in their recovery
process. Services include: 24-hour hotline, 24-hour crisis response, crisis intervention,
advocacy and accompaniment, support groups, information and referral and counseling.
RRT services are provided free of charge. Services for non-English speaking survivors
are available. Individual, couple and family counseling is available through the
Counseling Department. A sliding scale fee may apply to some counseling services.
Additional services include: female offender re-entry programming, tutoring, breast
cancer advocacy and support and educational workshops. All of these additional services
are provided free of charge. However, please call the Women's Center of Jacksonville's
main line for eligibility criteria for each program.

RRT services are provided free of charge. Services for non-English speaking survivors
are available. Individual, couple and family counseling is available through the
Counseling Department. A sliding scale fee may apply to some counseling services.
Additional services include: female offender re-entry programming, tutoring, breast
cancer advocacy and support and educational workshops. All of these additional services
are provided free of charge. However, please call the Women's Center of Jacksonville's
main line for eligibility criteria for each program.

Overnight Shelter and meals: Provide emergency services to homeless and outcast. Hot
meals every night following chapel services, showers, toiletries, and clothing exchange
program which allows clients a fresh change of clothes every day they stay.
Women and Children’s Center: for women without shelter. Must go through an
application process. Prescreen interview to get to know client and client gets to know the
center. Director looks over the prescreen interview and determines eligibility. Client must
follow up within 3 days to find out acceptance. Placement is made on a first come first
served basis. Client must be reachable; if agency fails to reach the client the client will be
moved to the bottom of the waiting list.

Provides pro bono residential housing for domestic women 18+ with substance abuse and
other life controlling problems. Must have ability to receive their birth certificate or
license. CRM will help all clients get their documents if they do not have them. Cannot
services speakers of other languages. Offer classes to residents such as anger
management, sexual abuse, trauma, etc.
*Must go through an intake process, which includes filling out application and interview
with a caseworker. Process takes 3-4 days, but are able to use the other CRM services
such as emergency shelter.
