I have worked in Sales and IT for a combined total of 6 years. I worked as the customer service
manager at Staples as well as in their Easy Tech department. During those times, I was in
charge of seeing to the needs of the customer while ensuring their visit to the store remained
efficient.
After that, I moved to CompuZone of Charleston where I delved more into the technical aspect of
it. I built computers, set up printers, installed and configured both hardware and software, imaged
drives, replaced motherboards, and more. I also have a modicum of experience in setting up
