- 7. International Partnership La chaîne de l‘espoir“
• The French non-governmental medical aid organisation La chaîne de
l'espoir and the German independent medical organisation RobinAid
follow the same humanitarian principles.
• Both organisations are based on an identical principle charter as a

guideline of their medical and humanitarian work.
• So La chaîne de l’espoir and RobinAid signed a cooperative agreement
which defines RobinAid as the German sister's organisation of La chaîne
de l'espoir.

• La chaîne de l’espoir is run by Dr Eric Cheysson and Prof Dr Alain
Deloche, former co-founders of the organisations Médecins Sans
Frontières and Médecins du Monde.

• RobinAid is an independent, non-governmental and non-profit medical aid organisation.
• RobinAid has been officially acknowledged and certified by the foundation inspection of the “Free
and Hanseatic City of Hamburg” (Germany) on 9 February 2009.
• RobinAid is subject to inspection by the legal authority of the “Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg”
according to the Hamburg foundation statutes.
• The Foundation Board of Trustees includes a number of eminent
Hamburg citizens and the Foundation’s Advisory Committee
(Medical Board) consists of 34 distinguished specialists from
major hospitals from five different countries.
• RobinAid commits itself to quality management and transparency
towards donators, sponsors, partners, authorities and the public.
