Job Profile & responsibility:
· Responsible for management of legal and acquisition process of vacant land for In
Line Amplifier sites in & around Kolkata Telecom Service Area and Rest of Bengal on
Lease or Purchase basis.
· Responsible for coordination with NPE & RF Team for selection of required land
· Responsible for management of various activities like site acquisition, negotiation of
consideration amount with the Owners, drafting of LOIs, Deed, public Notice, legal
documentation and legal process, Registration of Deeds.
· Responsible for coordination with local lawyers for required legal documentations,
search, DDR etc.
