I am a UPS certified driver training instructor looking for a new challenge. I have over 23 years of
experience in various positions of the transportation industry at UPS and I am looking to broaden my knowledge of
the transportation industry and how it relates to otherbusinesses. I have a very strong work ethic and don’t shy
away of added responsibility. I am excited to be pursuing new opportunities and the growth in knowledge I will
gain from those new opportunities.

Feeder On-Road Supervisor: Responsible for training UPS tractor trailer drivers according to company guidelines.
Monitor performance to ensure drivers are in compliance with UPS and regulatory requirements. In addition to training new
drivers, I conduct annual rides with each driver to assess performance and safety. Continuously have safety discussions on a
daily basis and demonstrations weekly. I review reports daily to monitor driver performance. Monitor schedule adherence and
schedule reviews to ensure efficiency and reduce driver delay times. In November and December I work with our outside
contractors to ensure timely movement of extra loads.
January 2011 – March 2012
Feeder Twilight Sort Dispatch Supervisor: Responsible for reviewing dispatch activity to ensure timely and proficient
service. Oversee dispatch planning and responsible for ensuring, service, safety and cost goals are met. Collaborate with others
(Yard Controllers, schedulers, etc…) to ensure plans are executed efficiently. Monitor load movement to identify opportunities
to reduce cost.
July 2008 – January 2011
Midnight sort clerk supervisor: Responsible for overseeing a small work group that repackaged any packages that had
damaged packing materials, correct addresses on packages that had bad or no such address, fill out damage reports. At this time I
also became a back-up HazMat responder supervisor, back-up Second Day Air load operation supervisor and back up ground
movement load supervisor.
August 2001 - July 2008
Package Center Supervisor: Answering incoming and making calls to customers regarding service, scheduling package
pick ups and redeliveries, dispatching on-call services to appropriate drivers, reviewing driver timecards, reporting on
actual dispatches vs. planned and the variances between them, processing daily reports for the manager.
July 1998 - August 2001
Clerk and Carwash Supervisor: Supervise clerk and carwash operations. Ensure clerks are kept current on any changes
that affect their jobs and that they have the supplies needed to complete their jobs. Ensure package cars are being fueled
and washed, as well as their fluids checked, on a daily basis. Ensure our semi trailers for our customer pick ups are
cleaned out. Communicate with Plant Engineering and Automotive departments on needs/issues. Ensure package cars
are parked on the correct dock for load operation.

Package Center Clerk: Correction of addresses, fill shipper supply orders, input reports for damaged packages for
claims.
