I am a responsible, competent and an ambitious person who can demonstrate these skills in a work
environment. I have had the opportunity of working in a variety of fields, these include most recently
as a Team Leader, but also a Picker, Loader and Administrator for Euro car parts. Having worked in
the Philippines, Australia and now here in the UK I have had the chance to learn from a variety of
different working styles. I am now seeking an opportunity as supervisor as I have developed my skill
set in this area. I am also willing to undertake further training if and when required to develop within
the company.

Work History
Jul11 – Present Team Leader Euro Car Parts (UK)
• I have been leading a Stock/VOR Pick Team which includes everything from System work,
Picking, PI jobs, loading and performance management, my role is to manage the shift in
every field. This is a job full of challenges on daily basis.
• I also lead the team to a very challenging target of zero scratches during shift, for this I use
Triceps software to get them recovered within a time limit so that all products make
there trailers without late departure.
• I also inspect the shift for health and safety keeping an eye out for fire hazards and safe
working practices are being followed also ensuring all pickers are able to work safely
and productively, I am trained as both a Fire Marshall and First Aider.
