together…in college campus on 15th
august,2011 at 10.00 a.m. to 12.30
p.m.
Dress code is either saffron, white
or green only, in traditional way.

7. Programmed Schedule
for the function
Flag ceremony is being performed at 10.00 am followed by
the Diva ceremony in the auditorium.
Patriotic song-20-30 students singing in chorus.
Dance performance on patriotic song.
Principal speech of 10-15 min.
Skit by group of students..representing sacrifice of
freedom fighters.
Theatre performance of one group showing the scarifies of
life for the country.
Last but not the least, everyone will sing national song
together.
Announcement for tea break and then followed by the
kite competition.

8. FLAG CEREMONY

Flag ceremony will be
inaugurated by Mr. Navin
Kumar Nanchahal in
college ground at 10.oo am.
 Ceremony will be followed
by national anthem.
Students will then assemble
in college auditorium for
function.

Entrance : Big poster showing freedom fighters
waving Indian flag.
College auditorium : Decorated with posters,
flag & freedom fighters photographs etc.
For inauguration : Flag ceremony, Tree
plantation arrangements are being performed.

12. FOCAL POINT
As this is the day to remember our martyrs
so the focal point we are having a movie
showing the struggle of our freedom fighters
and their mission .
On the second screen we are having the
live telecast from Delhi where Mr. president
will taking the salutation from the forces
and also the jhakis of various culture and
departments.
