1. Bright, Comfortable and Effective

As a regular user of CREE LED torches and head torches
which I use daily (or nightly), I was delighted to be offered
the opportunity to review this prooduct, honest and
unbiased review.

2. Highly Adjustable
The torch feels chunky and substantial with its
sturdy plastic construction and the highly adjustable,
quality elastic headband fits well and is comfortable
to wear.

3. Rotated Freely
• The torch can be tilted downwards to
illuminate the pathway or road ahead
which is useful on rough ground or for
cycling or it can or shine directly ahead

4. Many Modes
The light has three white floodlight modes
via a central CREE chip: full power (120
lumen), medium (50 lumen) and low at 4
lumens. I live on a dark, unlit lane and use
the lamp on full power at night and find it
very effective.
The 4 lumen light is low and more
suited to improving your own
visibility and being seen rather
than for finding your way in the
dark. In addition there are two
white side light SMD-LED modes -
on and strobe plus a red night
vision mode

5. Switching by One
Button
Switching between modes requires
a knack: From switching it on to
illuminate the bright central
floodlight, the top button must be
pressed and held for 3 seconds to
access the medium and low modes.
The next mode activates the two
white LED side lights.
Next, after switching it off, it the power
button is held for 3 seconds, then this
activates the red 'night vision' mode. It
sounds complicated and it takes a while to
memorise, but it does work. A series of
illustrations are supplied but it's easier to
work out the sequence via trial and error.

6. This is a good product, well
designed, practical and
functional.
