The Spring 2015 edition of Home represents the importance of our commitment to our clients
and the international recognition of our business model. As Beasley Real Estate advances
into our fourth year, our philosophy and guiding mission remains to offer the best while we

Since the release of our 2014 Fall Edition of Home, there has been an extensive degree of
accomplishments that I am delighted to share.
•	 For a third consecutive year, Beasley Real Estate posted a growth increase in sales volume
	 from 2013. In 2014, Beasley agents sold over $300MM in real estate transactions.
•	 Beasley International was launched as a subsidiary of Beasley Real Estate, LLC. and stands
	 as a boutique property brokerage with private client services. Beasley International has
	 affiliations in Tokyo, Japan; London, England; The Hamptons, New York; New York,
	 New York and Palm Beach, Florida.
•	 The Association of Real Estate Agents of Tokyo (FRK) exclusively selected Beasley Real
	 Estate’s business model as their case study. A meeting was held in December among the
	 members of FRK and Beasley representatives and agents, at our headquarters in
	 Washington, DC.
•	 Beasley has been honored with new additions to the firm: Chief Administrative Officer,
	 Michael DeSantis; Managing Broker for Virginia, Susan Hensley and Agents:
	 Robert Crawford, Anne Marie Drechsler, Elizabeth Minoso and Mary Noone.
