PrimeSUITE Practice Super User Pre-Deployment Training Agenda
This four-day course is designed for users who have not yet begun using Greenway’s
PrimeSUITE. The objective of this course is to prepare users for the transition to
PrimeSUITE.
The course will cover how to successfully schedule appointments, post charges, submit your
claims, and follow up on those claims to maximize reimbursement. Users who complete this
course should be knowledgeable on all aspects of PrimeSUITE’s practice management
functionality.
Note: These classes are not intended to make you a Super User trainer. This course is
designed to teach you PrimeSUITE practice management functionality at a "core" level. This
will provide you with enough knowledge to collaborate with your PrimeSUITE
Implementation Specialist on workflows that are specific to your site.
