Ce cours introduit les concepts relatifs à l'analyse des outils informatiques supports à la conception architecturale collaborative et distante. Plusieurs typologies provenant des domaines du Travail Collaboratif Assisté par Ordinateur (CSCW) ou encore de la Science des Services sont présentées ainsi que des travaux d'étudiants. Il doit servir de support aux analyses réalisées dans le cadre du Studio Digital Coopératif.
