FrogFolio is a website that allows users to create online portfolios. It has three levels: sections, pages, and modules. Sections are the top-level tabs that pages are organized under. Pages further subdivide the content and allow for the addition of modules. There are four types of modules - image/video/audio, rich text, gallery, and contact form - that are used to add content like text, media files, collections of images, and contact forms within the pages. Modules are how information is uploaded and displayed in the portfolio.
2. FrogFolio Structure
• FrogFolio is comprised of three levels: Sections, Pages, and
Modules. You have the ability to create more than one portfolio
and these portfolios can be accessed from your home page.

3. FrogFolio
• FrogFolio is a place for you to store and display your work,
ideas, and projects. You can make it look as professional or as
individual to your personality as you choose.
4. Sections
• Sections are located below the header images and appear as
tabs. The TCU ePortfolio template has five sections: Home,
Goals/Progress, My Learning Experiences, Habits of Mind,
and Resume.
5. Sections
This is where the sections
are located. You can title
them however you like or
keep the section titles
given.
You can add, edit, and
delete sections by
clicking on the
Add/Edit button.
Each section will
lead you to a page
where you can
further subdivide
your work into
pages.
6. Pages
• Pages can be found in the left hand column of your portfolio.
Pages are the components of a section.
7. Pages
Pages help subdivide each of
the components under your
sections. For example, under
the Habits of Mind section
there are four pages as shown
on the right. This allows you to
organize your work into pages
that modules can be added to.
8. Modules
• Modules can be added to any page and serve as the content of
your portfolio. There are four types of modules:
•
•
•
•
(1) Image/Video/Audio,
(2) Rich Text,
(3) Gallery, and
(4) Contact Form.

A module is how information is uploaded onto the portfolio.
This is what will appear within each page and can be
formatted to fit your needs with the use of the four different
basic types of modules.
10. (1) Image/Video/Audio
Here you can add
personal videos, videos
from the
web, pictures, and
music to your
portfolio. Click on
Replace This Media
and upload the file or
insert the link for the
media you wish to
upload to your
portfolio. The media
will then appear on
your page.
11. (2) Rich Text
This is the most commonly
used module. You can insert
any text into the box that
appears shown on the right
or upload documents by
clicking on the icon with the
paper and green plus
symbol. If you have any
ideas you want to express
through text, add a rich text
module.

12. (2) Rich Text Functions
This icon allows you
to paste content from
Microsoft Word to
keep the format
similar.
This allows you to
insert a file onto
the portfolio so
that the format is
not changed at all.
It provides a link
to the document.
This icon allows you to
insert media alongside
your text. For large
media items, use the
Image/Video/Audio
module.
Here you can insert
a table into your
portfolio. You can
determine the
number of rows and
columns you would
like to add in the
settings.
The tools bar is similar to Microsoft Word. You can change the
color of text, font, size, and alignment.
13. (3) Gallery
This is a place where
you can add multiple
photos and organize
them in one location.
You choose how the
pictures are displayed
as shown by the three
options listed next to
Select thumbnail
layout and you can
add captions by
clicking Edit
Caption.
14. (4) Contact Form
This is a module that
allows you to provide
a way for others on
the web to contact you
via email without
posting your personal
email address on the
web. Other viewers
can contact you by
leaving a message that
will be sent straight to
your inbox.
