The OACP, which is part of the OBA Family Law Section, is a Presumptive
Oklahoma MCLE Provider. This course has been approved by the Oklahoma
Bar Association Mandatory Continuing Legal Education Commission
for 15.25 hours of mandatory CLE Credit, including 1.00 hour Ethics Credit.

Jeff has been working in the fields of Experiential Education, the Cultivation of
Human Capacities, Trauma Recovery and Family Therapy for 34 years. In private
practice since 1989, he specializes in working with couples through all phases of
relational health and transition. Jeff has been a Collaborative Law Divorce coach
in Seattle who has experience in various coaching models (including the single
mental health neutral (sometimes referred to as the single coach) model.
3. FOR FINANCIAL NEUTRALS: Donna J. Smalldon, CDFA, MBA, CFP - Portland, OR.
Donna is a well-versed financial planning professional who specializes in the
financial implications of divorce. In her three decades in practice, Donna has
acquired both Certified Financial Planner and Certified Divorce Financial Analyst
designations. Donna has been active in the Collaborative Family Lawyers of
Oregon and IACP as a Trainer-Presenter since 2003. She is a financial neutral who
has been to OKC on previous training and is back by popular demand.
