 Placed orders via the phone.

 Utilized severalsoftware programs simultaneously time while maintaining on the line with customer to
resolve their phone issue.
 Assisted with texting, not being able to make receive calls and or connect to WIFI, and set up apple id or back

 Suggest and check alternate spellings, locations, or listing formats to customers lacking details or complete
information.
 Offer special assistance to persons such as those who are unable to dial or who are in emergency situations.
 Assisted with voicemail password resets.
