OBJECTIVE
I am looking for a position where I can work with successful
people, to continue to upgrade my business skills.
I am proficient in all administration tasks, including managing a
busy appointment book, answering phones whilst providing
exceptional customer service.
I understand that front facing customer service roles are the first
point of call, for our clients, and as such are extremely important
to the business.
My previous roles have always included extensive customer
service. My passion has been to help train and produce results
with my staff, by helping them realise their potential, whilst
maintaining my own set targets.
Additionally having the skills to assist all our clients, both

backgrounds and economic means. Working in a health care
facility has taught me to be empathetic and caring in my dealings

last 16 years.
In this time I have gained invaluable customer service skills and a
hard work ethic. At one point I was training up to 15 staff, in the
art of superior service and implemented many changes to help
speed profitability in our practice. Whilst working part time, and
focusing on my young family.
I have also trained new Franchisee operators from outlying
districts, to make sure they had all the skills necessary to run their
new store. I found this very rewarding.
