T-Mobile - Even More Plans
Recently my cell phone contract expired, and like many Americans I decided
to shop around to see if I could find a deal with one of the major
carriers. While browsing, I found T-Mobile to provide an interesting
alternative that other carriers lacked.
T-Mobile provides a value plan, by not giving you a new phone, they are
able to give you a heavily discounted rate on all types of plans. Take
this example:
Their unlimited value plan with unlimited minutes, text, and internet (Up
to 2GB of high speed data) will set you back $60 a month. The same plan by
T-Mobile, providing you some budget upgrade phone will set you back $80 a
month.
Let’s do some simple math now shall we. If you sign a contract for 2
years, that means that the money you save is $20 x 24 months, equaling
$480 in savings.
With that money you can easily purchase a mid-tier smartphone and even
pocket a bit of the dough, making it quite an appealing choice for the
smart consumer.
If you compare it with other national carriers, the savings amount to even
more! With AT&T, you’ll get some budget phone along with your plan as
well. However, their unlimited minutes Nation plan along with unlimited
texting and 3GB of data ($10 per GB of overage) will set you back $120 a
month.
The choice for me is pretty clear, what are your thoughts?
