• Research in animal hearing has shown
Lizards to have the most directional hearing
among all vertebrates
• ASL and ASL360 is based on a mathematical
model of the Lizard Hearing organ.
• Its uniqueness lies in its low computational
complexity, low memory footprint,
robustness and preciseness, which makes it
ideally suited for mass market applications.
• ASL is uniquely optimized for localizing human speech.
• ASL works in reverberant Indoor, Outdoor and Underwater environments,
handling reflections without localization errors.

• Lizard Technology is currently working with customers in the Robot/toys
market, the telecom Industry and in the headset industry.
• After years of research and proof-of-concept, we are ready to make the
commercial break-through. Turnover is forecasted to be EUR 200K next
year, and EUR 2.4M in 2014
• Lizard technology is looking for an investor, who can empower the
company financially to meet the opportunities and challenges of working
with large customers and to prepare Lizard for the growth.
• R&D site in Finland is under consideration, to meet the requirements of
the telecom industry
• Current investors are willing to party join in on this new investment.
• Investment needed is between EUR 700K – 1M, depending on the
ambitions.

technology and digital signal processing. VP and CEO positions in NKT Elektronik, DSC, Tellabs and
TPACK. Member of the Board of Directors at HPI.
Member of Danish Council for Technology and Innovation (RTI) advisors to the minister of Science
and Technology.
Karsten Vandrup
CEO
Biography: Degree in Engineering E.E. from the Technical University of Denmark with
specialization in Digital Signal Processing. Further studies at Insead, UCLA, Hanken. Various Senior
positions in Nokia Corporation, in the R&D center in Copenhagen and HQ in Espoo, Fi. Experience
from Silicon Valley as VP of Engineering at Litepoint, later MD of Litepoint Europe.
Holds seats in the boards of RTX Telecom A/S, Vigrid Invest Ltd. and SIA Latvisoft.

Biography: M.Sc.EE from Aalborg University with majors in Digital Signal Processing and ASIC

programmable DSP for hearing aids – and Zensys A/S. R&D manager at Microsound (hearing
instrument startup) and Triax A/S. Heading next generation Wind turbine control systems at kk-
