Continuous improvement in the
performance of centralized
technical management systems
usually corresponds with an
increased consciousness of
economic and environmental
impacts of energy consumption
in a building’s operation.
Performance information on machinery and human resources, when collected and organized, can become
the critical foundation for decision-making at various levels of the company organization, from operations up to
the top management. Regular reports on, for example, energy performance, response times of operators, and
the existence or frequency of certain faults, present the most relevant exploration data.
Centralized Technical Management
We specialize in the design, installation
a n d m a i n t e n a n c e o f B u i l d i n g
Management Systems by integrating
energy management (generation and
consumption), air conditioning,
lighting, facades and shading systems
with data and information generated
by security, fire detection or central
smoke control systems.
!
Highest Performance with Lowest Cost
We create and integrate various
technological solutions over a single IP
network, reducing installation costs,
deployment time and maintenance
costs.
!
Simplicity
On a single screen, wherever the
operator is, all the relevant operating
information is reachable by a ‘click’,
and ’alerts’ inform on the type,
location and timeframe of any
‘occurrence’.

17 years of experience at the customer’s service,
exceeding expectations, creating value.
Case study
!
The Corinthia Hotel Lisbon received
the award of 'Best Energy Efficiency
Project' of Europe; after the first six
months of 2013, it had achieved a
reduction of greater than 25% in the
consumption of energy.
This award by Galp Energy Solutions
distinguishes the projects developed
outside the United States that stand
out for their innovative features. It is
awarded by the Association of Energy
Engineers.
