• The first Exascale system is projected for 2018


• Key points to remember…
      •   System-level Reliability, Availability, and Serviceability because of the law
          of large numbers and Soft Errors

      •   Supplying and paying for the power required to run the machines which
          can be equivalent to a small town!

      •   Productivity - Finding efficient ways to administer and program machines
