We have now built a picture of local businesses overall achievement in each of these five areas. Typically, our clients are now accessing a wider range of services….. Quarterly meeting, budgeting, strategic planning, risk management plans, governance, business improvement processes…. And implementing or more effective use of the available technologies. And lastly, it’s easy – we aim to make everything as easy as possible for you to work with us and for our clients.
What we find is that all clients want tax compliance Certainty – as Chartered Accountants we abide by a professional code of conduct and ethics and we can give you certainty in the standard and quality of advise we provide Timely – we know we can give you the financial information you need, when you need it. Fixed fees – because we quote up front, your client is safe in the knowledge of what our advise will cost leaving no surprises Capacity – over the last year or so we have worked on our internal systems and processes and have gained the capacity we need to meet the greater demands from our clients (Practice what we preach) We all understand compliance….. But what else is there?
We recognise the importance and value of referrals to our business from other professionals. What we know, is that, for a number of reasons, business owners may be reluctant in making contact with who you have recommended, often they don’t have the time or are unsure how to take the first step. (It’s about them and their intentions) We also know that business owners often have prior relationships with other professionals and may be embarrassed to think about making a change. (It’s about the status quo, it’s easier to stay where you are) We also know that business owners like to know they are making the right decision when they are ready to make the move. (It’s about being a member in the right club, having enough trust in the relationship) We believe there is a win-win-win outcome for all parties by actively following through on every referral – by helping to make the first step easier, by helping to make the change process easy, by helping to strengthen the relationship right at the start. Simply put, we want to move beyond these possible hurdles and make the most of any word of mouth referrals you may give us.
Again we start with the business owner as our primary focus and yourselves as one of the key support team. You would make the referral for the same reasons only this time you know there is a real chance of a win-win result for you and your client because you know the referral will be enthusiastically followed up by the team at Coombe Smith. We will follow through with your referral and show the business owner the benefits and services we are able to offer. The business owner gains the confidence to decide to change providers and we are able to show them that it is easy.
