A.How would you advertise your business to the community?

We advertise the company in the PC classroom. Because there
are two reasons. First, Our company is selling PC for the
beginner. Second, Corporate principles of our company are
corresponding to the PC classroom.

Write 5 points to explain how you think the ideas / concepts will
be successful.

I think that the advertisement in the PC classroom succeeds for
the following five reasons. First, the person who comes to the
PC classroom has the possibility of buying PC. Second, the PC
classroom comes to teach the beginner PC easily. Third, it is
easy for the beginner to buy the in-house product. Fourth, the
beginner can use the network at once. Fifth, the beginner
gathers in the PC classroom a lot.
Explain how another company selling a similar commodity
markets their product.

It selling computers on the internet. Customers can customize
some part of computers such as CPU, motherboard, and
memory. It also have computers for online games. Computers
are built to play one specific online game. Online game
providers make a link to those computers for their online
games
B. What is the job of the human resources division in a
company? How will you set up such a division in your
company? Write down 5 questions that you will ask a
potential employee in your company during a interview.

The job of human resource division is to set employees to each
divisions of the company. It have to be independent from other
divisions and it is rarely move from or move to other divisions.
We will set up this division when we need to have many
employees. Until then, the president of the company will be the
person who make the decision on it. To potential employee, I
will ask those questions.
1. Why do you chose our company?
2. What do you think you can do in this company?
3. Do you try to catch up with the development of technology?
4. Recently, what news attracted your interest most?
5. If you failed on this, what will you do?
C.How will you divide the responsibility of running the
company amongst your group partners?
First, we delegate point man in our company group. The
reason is that we are easy to go ahead with our business.
Next, we devide the responsibility of running
the company our group. Example, our company is contact
personnel of the software. Its unit takes the responsibility of
service and questions by our consumers of relative the
software. In the case of we are failed, the responsibility is
unit in charge. Finally, point man have to have a think the
responsibility of running our company. But, all we have to
do is we divide the responsibility of running our company
each unit and our company function successfully.
D. Clearly write down the 5 different ways you will treat your
potential customer with after-sales service. If something
goes wrong with the product after it is
sold, how will you provide customer service. Provide an
example of how something might go wrong with the product.

1.First, we are planning to solve the problem on the
computer with remote control system. With the internet
connection, we will use remote log in system and fix
the problem on the customer's computer. Therefore
customer do not need to come to our company.

2.Second, we accept the order of customer with phone.
Some of the companies only
accept the order on the internet, but in most case, customers
have only one computers and that computer has problem.
Which means they do not have any way to have a contact
with company. We do not want such situation.
3.Third, we will provide a place to study once a month or
so. It might be a good
chance for customers to catch up with the development of
technology. It will help to keep relationship us and our
customers.

4.In one year from the day that customer bought our
products, we will provide the trouble shoot free.

5.We will support the customizing. In case that the
customer has a complain on our product or want better
machine, we will make a plan that will fit to the demand of
customer.
E.How will you study the local market and what your
competitors are doing? What will be some of the methods and
approaches that you will consider?

Testing geographic locations for a real estate development
project, and usually
involves parcels of real estate land is important for Market
Feasibility Study.
Developers often conduct market studies to determine the best
location within a
jurisdiction, and to test alternative land uses for given parcels.
Developers i
s often required by Jurisdictions to complete feasibility studies
before they w
ill approve a permit application for retail, commercial, industrial,
manufacturing, housing, office or mixed-use project.
