Theresa helped to contribute to the overall team environment and helped us to make work
fun.
Theresa is a diligent worker and we could rely on her to be on time and on task 100% of
the time. During the training period she wasn't afraid to ask questions if she was unsure
about any step of the process.
Theresa is a fast learner with a quick mind, and she picked up all the tasks with ease. She
has a high standard of work and doesn't take shortcuts. She was never afraid to speak her
mind or ask questions about the work that we were undertaking, which is an asset on a
highly safety focused industrial site.
I had the pleasure of working with Theresa for the period of August 2013 to June 2014.
Theresa was employed in the position of 9 month BSc(Tech) Student Placement through
the Waikato University as part of the completion of her degree. During this time Theresa
was trained by members of the Chemical and Water Services Team in many of the tasks
associated with the operational supporting function that the team provides to the Genesis
Energy Generation sites.
