1. We ensure your time at The Siegfried Group is an

along the way. We provide exposure to a greater
variety of assignments, corporate environments
and industries than any other option in the
market place. Engagements are typically six to nine
months in duration, which translates into seven to
ten different assignments in your first five years. At
Siegfried, our professionals gain twice the
experience in half the time.

enthusiastic about client service. Fulfilling client

2. Sales and Deployment are a collaborative effort.
Siegfried professionals are encouraged to take an

and staying in touch with their contacts/network,
keeping their resume/ profile up to date and being
open and flexible to the various opportunities that

comes to assignment selection whether that’s travel
tolerance, industry specifics or the technical nature

local metro area, some of our assignments require
travel.

experience at the Firm are eligible to attend a
Mastery Summit at a special venue where they can
earn strategies to accelerate their professional and
personal growth, and master techniques that will
help build their bigger future in the entrepreneurial
environment at Siegfried.
3. Our Siegfried University grants year-round access
to professional and personal development activities
that will complement skills and experience acquired
through client engagements.
4. Because of the entrepreneurial nature of our
business, there are opportunities to develop non-
technical skills. Professionals have the opportunity
to enhance their business development, recruiting
and leadership skills.

2. Total compensation is very much in your
own hands as our plans are not capped. Our
top performers may routinely earn more
than 20% of their annual salary on average in
incentive compensation.
