1. It’s the holiday season and this time of the year is all about spreading joy and giving back! This
is exactly what Toyota of Orlando and Toyota of Clermont are trying to do with a holiday drive
for Camp Boggy Creek, but we need your help!
Camp Boggy Creek is a local camp for children with serious illnesses. This camp, located in
Central Florida, offers terminally ill children the opportunity to have an unforgettable
experience they otherwise wouldn’t be able to have. This is because it caters specifically to
their illnesses with all of the equipment and medical care needed to create a fun and safe
environment. This camp allows these children to do things like perform on stage, make crafts,
go swimming, go fishing and make friends who understand them! Camp Boggy Creek accepts
children suffering from illnesses such as:








Epilepsy
Sickle Cell
Cancer
Spina Bifida
Heart conditions
Severe asthma
Immune deficiencies
Diabetes
And other serious illnesses that might hinter them from attending a camp or from normal
activities.
This nonprofit organization was founded in 1996 by Paul Newman and General H. Norman
Schwarzkopf and is completely funded by generous donors like you! The children are never

2. charged to attend the camp, as medical bills can be a huge burden on families with ill children.
This is why we want to give back to this amazing organization and are enlisting your help!
Our Orlando family of dealerships, including Toyota of Orlando and Toyota of Clermont are
always happy to give back to our community. This is why we’re so excited for our new
partnership with Camp Boggy Creek. We truly believe in this incredible nonprofit organization
and want to help them succeed. We’re hosting a holiday drive at both of our Toyota
dealerships to collect supplies for Camp Boggy Creek. Here are the details:




What: Holiday Drive for Camp Boggy Creek
Location: Barrels are located inside Toyota of Orlando at 3575 Vineland Rd. near the
Mall at Millenia and Toyota of Clermont at 16851 State Road 50 just off the Florida
turnpike.
Time: Both Toyota dealerships are open late until 10pm seven days a week.
When: The holiday drive will run from Dec. 1 through Dec. 31, 2013.
This holiday drive is not an ordinary toy drive, as we’re only collecting items requested to help
keep this camp going. With these items, we hope to help Camp Boggy Creek gear up for the
upcoming summer and continue to bring joy to these children. The items you can donate

White Christmas lights (with green wiring)
Life jackets (child, youth and adult sizes)
