underlying processes need to be efficient , because automating inefficient processes doesn’t all the sudden make
them efficient.”
Geert Mareels: “E-government should allow the government to meet it ’s goals. It ’s important that the government
works efficient, but it ’s even more important that the citizens get what they need and what they are entitled to .“
