- Find companies that are missing UX skills.
- There are plenty of UX consulting organizations and design agencies that support UX needs of companies from behind the scenes. This is certainly an acceptable thing in our society. But let’s focus on the individuals.
- Simultaneously maintain identity of freelancer and kinda-sorta in-house staff for another company or multiple companies. Can be a full-time employee and do white labeling on the side (as long as you don’t have a contract that forbids this).
- I’m open about it.
- Non-competes are standard. Exposure happens in many ways.
