Do you know your employer's customer and how
Services/Money exchange hand?

3. 2. Core Capabilities
Do you know your employer’s core capabilities that
make your employer different in the market place?

4. 3. Your Contribution
Can you identify three things, within last 3 months,
that you did and did they significantly improved
your employer’s core capabilities relative to the
competition?

5. 4. Value System
How does your personal value system compare with
that of your employer, are they fundamentally
aligned?

6. 5. Engagement
Have you actively sought engagement with your
peers to improve organization performance?

7. 5. Engagement
Go ahead quit, your employer will be happy to see you go.
If the answer is no
My prediction is that you, once again,
will be disappointed at your new
employer!
