We require following documents from you to grant recruitment authority from Sri Lanka

 Employment Contract
Advertising
We will advertise the job openings, manpower request in the national's press. The
advertisement would be designed in accordance with the requirements of the employer. A
period of seven days for appearance of the advertisement and a margin of fifteen days for
candidates to apply would have to be allowed normally.
 We would upon hearing from the employer, proceed to notify the candidate to fulfill the
requirements.
 Recruitment procedure at Nadeera Manpower is efficient and quick.
 We understand the value of time. Thus, we always make sure all the candidates are deployed at
given time
Initial Screening
Initial Screening is done by Agency (Nadeera Associates)
Selection
Selection is being done as per instruction by our valuable clients.
Time Frame for Processing Cases
 Permission obtaining from Sri Lanka Foreign Employment Bureau (2 to 4 working days)
 Advertisement and Provisionally selection (7 to 15 working days) depending on quantity
 Medical Endorsement by Consulate / Embassy (4 to 7 working days)
 Employee Insurance (1 to 2 working days)
 Signing and approval Foreign Service Agreement by Foreign Bureau (1 to 2 working days)

The advertisement would be designed in accordance with the requirements of the employer. A period of seven days for appearance of the advertisement and a margin of fifteen days for candidates to apply would have to be allowed normally.  We would upon hearing from the employer, proceed to notify the candidate to fulfill the requirements.  Recruitment procedure at Nadeera Manpower is efficient and quick.  We understand the value of time.
