● Teens use it to express their dumb feelings,
and to share what happened to them.
● How and where: in school on mobile phones
or at home on their computers
● Other uses: check what people are saying
online.

3. Instagram
● Teens use it also to express their feelings
but with pictures or videos.
● How and where: with phones at school and
taking selfies or in public with friends.
● Other uses: commercial purposes,taking
pictures with a comment that doesn’t go with
the picture.

4. Tumblr
● Teens use tumblr for social and emotional
conformation with quotes on pictures.
● How and when: Mobile device after breaking
up with someone or just having emotional
issues.
● Other uses:Talk bad about someone else

5. Twitter
● Home of the girls seeking attention by
getting lots of followers.
● How and where: on mobile device at school
when girls get mad about something they
just tweet it out.
● Other uses just finding out about new music
coming up

6. Google
● where teens who don’t pay attention in class
go to get answers.
● How and when: Mobile device and during
school.
● Other uses: surfing the web

7. Pinterest
● Teens use it to upload and share photos with
friends and family
● How :mobile device, computer.
● Other uses: keeping pictures and data
organized

8. Vine
● Teens use it to watch 7 second videos of
funny people.
● How and when:mobile device and during
their free time
● Other uses: instagram of 7 second videos

9. Youtube
● teens use it to watch videos
● How and when:computer,mobile device
during free time
● Other uses: Making YouTube videos

10. Snapchat
● Teens use it to send funny,crazy,stupid
pictures to each other.
● How:mobile device
● when: any time
● Other uses:sending inappropriate
pictures/nudes to each other.

11. My_Space
● Teens barely use it to listen to music or
follow their favorite artists
● How and when:computer,mobile device
during free time
● Other uses: Talking to friends
