Fast CraFt “sea MagiC”
Conception

     The further development of high-
speed sea transport is caused by
     following factors:
  Decrease in expenses of
     energy for overcoming of
     hydrodynamic friction drag on a
     bottom surface
  Load-carrying capacity increase of
gliding craft at the expense of hull
     lifting ability
 Increase of efficiency of power-
     plants
  Progressive technologies for increase
in quality and possibility of mass
     production with prospect of
     reduction of price.

   reduction

   Their main complexity in
this work – to provide the
   major performance of a
   vessel –
   controllability and stability,
   seaworthiness and comfort.

Advancement Direction - Hull Surface Ventilation

   The mane potential for
   decrease in
   hydrodynamic
   resistance is put in
   new design of the

Advancing Direction – Surface Drives

  Surface Drives offer many
  advantages when compared to
  conventional drives, water jets, IP
Drives, Stern Legs and the more
  complex surface drives.
  Surface Drive propellers operate
half in and half out of the
  water, allowing the propeller to
  operate in a super-ventilated
  environment and eliminating
  much of the drag co-efficient
  experienced by conventional
  systems
  Minimal moving parts with no
  external hydraulics or electrical
  components and a custom
  designed propeller for each
  vessel, makes this unit very
  simple to install, operate and
  maintain

Multi-Role Conception

  Considering modern lines of dynamical
  development of the high-speed
ships, for the fullest performance of
  quickly changing requirements to
functions of the ship and its
equipment, we develop the concept of
  the universal bottom.
  Bottom Sea Magic allow to
expedite change of an internal lay-
out and an external configuration for
placing of the necessary equipment and
cargoes thanks to a design providing
  fast installation of
  replaceable specialized modules which
are intended for performance of certain
  missions.
That gives the chance to convert and
execute quickly regenerative repair of a
  vessel in field conditions.

  Vessel to a patrol boat
  or a small corvette at
  the expense of
  installation of
  additional modules and
  the equipment

Advanced Bottom Structure

In the construction of the hull all the
shell, bulkheads, frames and stringers are
made of steel sandwich or composite
sandwich panels.

Sandwich panels provide a number of
unique properties:

 Decrease in weight of the case on 40 %

 Increase of a structure resource

 High ballistic durability

 High fire resistance

 Vibration and blows energy absorption

 Survivability of a structure

Advanced Bottom Structure

The main Design Criteria:

 Reliability and Long life
- Quality workmanship and fatigue straight
materials, safety factor

 Durability - resistance to damage
- High energy structural failure
- Double hull

 Survivability- operation in case of
damage
- Duplication of functional systems and
structures

 Floatability
- sealed section of bottom hull
- sealed section of vessel

 Stability and Return to the keel after the
capsize
-Tri-hull bottom and low center of mass

Progressive Building Technology

  Split-hair accuracy are sharp
  preparations and excellent quality of
welded seams which are executed by the
laser, all shell allow, walls, decks to
make of sandwich panels. It in 5 times
  reduces quantity of manual
  welding, provides high speed and
accuracy of assemblage, are a guarantee
  of reliability of bottom structure.

   Introduction Experience
All our invention we tested by
   experimental boats
NEW Innovative Bottom Hull

The design of the new bottom hull is
created for overcoming of a limit of
possibilities of the existing ships, for
  overcoming of extreme storm
conditions on high speed and rendering
  of the timely help.
  Therefore Sea Magic possesses
  excellent stability, stability of a
course, high speed (up to 50 kn) on
  storming waves and its deckhouses
  structure piercing huge waves
  Excluding the effect SLAMMING
On small and average speed Sea Magic
is capable to clamber easily on high
steep waves and it is easy to maneuver
NEW Innovative Bottom Hull

    The interrelation of change of
    resistance / fuel consumption at
    increase in speed
 1,2- Uffa Fox planing hull
 3 - V-bottom monohull, 19
    degree dedrise
 4,6- stepped hull with cross
    section
 5 - "Sea Magic" advanced
    stepped Tri-hull

Main Advantages
Development Technology
  STEALTH
 Low visual visibility
    - special camouflage paint “Silver SM” with a
micro-mirror property, which reflects the light from
the surface waves that creates the visual effect of
"fusion" craft with the surrounding water
    - Low profile of craft
    - Very weak keel water track after craft and a very
small spray in the fore and the wave as a whole
    - Smokescreen
 Low Radar detection and tracking
    - the steel bottom surface is composed of small
    oblique reflecting surfaces, excluding the
reflection signal in the direction of the radar,
    - paint, “Silver SM” partially absorbs and
dissipates much signal and reduces its intensity to
the background level that eliminates the multipath
    detection
    - active radar station counter

a high degree of thermal insulation

 Low Acoustic detection
    - System of acoustic squelch, the work of
    propellers in high-frequency
Sea Magic – 150 Fighter
Fast Attack Craft

STORM - perfect weather for action…
   The most vulnerable place in
Navy ships is the low stability
during a storm and the need to
orient the vessel's forward to the
   wave.
Planing Vessel whose length is less
   than the wavelength is much
   easier to stabilize
Sea Magic – 180 FC

Sea Magic Fast Craft

  • 1. Fast CraFt “sea MagiC” Conception The further development of high- speed sea transport is caused by following factors:  Decrease in expenses of energy for overcoming of hydrodynamic friction drag on a bottom surface  Load-carrying capacity increase of gliding craft at the expense of hull lifting ability  Increase of efficiency of power- plants  Progressive technologies for increase in quality and possibility of mass production with prospect of reduction of price.
  • 2. World Analogs DARPA Air Cavity Drag Reduction Program The best experts in the field of hydrodynamics work over improvement of operational characteristics of the ships At the expense of drag reduction Their main complexity in this work – to provide the major performance of a vessel – controllability and stability, seaworthiness and comfort.
  • 3. World Analogs Advancement Direction - Hull Surface Ventilation The mane potential for decrease in hydrodynamic resistance is put in new design of the bottom which creates active aeration of water on a bottom surface
  • 4. World Analogs Advancing Direction – Surface Drives Surface Drives offer many advantages when compared to conventional drives, water jets, IP Drives, Stern Legs and the more complex surface drives. Surface Drive propellers operate half in and half out of the water, allowing the propeller to operate in a super-ventilated environment and eliminating much of the drag co-efficient experienced by conventional systems Minimal moving parts with no external hydraulics or electrical components and a custom designed propeller for each vessel, makes this unit very simple to install, operate and maintain
  • 5. Fast Craft Sea Magic Multi-Role Conception Considering modern lines of dynamical development of the high-speed ships, for the fullest performance of quickly changing requirements to functions of the ship and its equipment, we develop the concept of the universal bottom. Bottom Sea Magic allow to expedite change of an internal lay- out and an external configuration for placing of the necessary equipment and cargoes thanks to a design providing fast installation of replaceable specialized modules which are intended for performance of certain missions. That gives the chance to convert and execute quickly regenerative repair of a vessel in field conditions.
  • 6. Fast Craft Sea Magic Multi-Role Conception The base version of a vessel allows to transform Fast Support and Intervention Vessel to a patrol boat or a small corvette at the expense of installation of additional modules and the equipment
  • 7. Fast Craft Sea Magic Advanced Bottom Structure In the construction of the hull all the shell, bulkheads, frames and stringers are made of steel sandwich or composite sandwich panels. Sandwich panels provide a number of unique properties:  Decrease in weight of the case on 40 %  Increase of a structure resource  High ballistic durability  High fire resistance  Vibration and blows energy absorption  Survivability of a structure
  • 8. Fast Craft Sea Magic Advanced Bottom Structure The main Design Criteria:  Reliability and Long life - Quality workmanship and fatigue straight materials, safety factor  Durability - resistance to damage - High energy structural failure - Double hull  Survivability- operation in case of damage - Duplication of functional systems and structures  Floatability - sealed section of bottom hull - sealed section of vessel  Stability and Return to the keel after the capsize -Tri-hull bottom and low center of mass
  • 9. Fast Craft Sea Magic Progressive Building Technology Split-hair accuracy are sharp preparations and excellent quality of welded seams which are executed by the laser, all shell allow, walls, decks to make of sandwich panels. It in 5 times reduces quantity of manual welding, provides high speed and accuracy of assemblage, are a guarantee of reliability of bottom structure.
