1. Trade Marketer
Mission: Deliver sustainable profitable growth for your product portfolio thanks to
4P mix optimization, with a special focus on sales force customized support and
customer satisfaction from brand and marketing services excellence
Responsibilities:
Identify Market potential:
• Conduct market analysis to determine market requirements
for existing and future products and services
• Identify and quantify market potentials for the segments of
your product lines , taking in consideration mega trends,
consumer behaviour, distribution trends
• Conduct competitor benchmarking, supplier watch, SWOT
analysis on the 4P dimensions
Propose the Marketing strategy & action plans for your
portfolio:
• Propose the growth strategy by Product segments, by Brand
and by Channel for your territory.
• Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new
and existing products and services.
• Develop and implement communication plans for BTB and
BTC to support Brand visibility, Sell in and Sell Out.
• Manage the Marketing Mix for your product lines: Product
range, Pricing, Promotion and Channel definition.
• Plan campaigns and manage the associated budgets.
Support the Sales Teams prerequisites:
• Ensure a proper Marketing input regarding Demand Planning
and Sales Forecasting
• Develop and deploy all sales support material (training
modules, sales presentation, merchandising, samples,
goodies, catalogues and leaflets, etc)
• In close co-operation with the Sales team, develop and
implement national and customer specific sell in /out
promotions.
Improve TO&GM in real time
• Develop corrective action plans together with Sales for each
customer or product line in deviation to budget or below the
average country growth trend
• Adjust pricing in a dynamic way to market and competition
moves
• Adjust new product launch plans to the latest market and
customer situation
